Concept development
Our product development team have the capability and experience to take any conceptual models and break them down into physical components for production. We work in partnership with our clients from this phase to prototype industrialisation and eventually mass production.
Prototype industrialization
Our product development team is here to adivse on taking conceptual models to the mass production line through carefully optimising hand labour with the most high-end machinery and technological solutions. This allows us to manufacture efficiently to a high degree of quality required within the luxury goods industry.

ABOUT
Alan Trade is one of the largest Romanian leather goods manufacturers, with over 20 years production and management experience in the industry. We are family owned and managed since 2016, offering bespoke production facilities to international clients from our main hub in Sibiu, Romania.
Our client portfolio currently includes some of the largest luxury goods groups and brands in the world, with the capability to produce everything from leather bags and wallets, to glass cases and accessories. Our manufacturing facilities make use of the latest automated machinery and technology combined with the most skilled and experienced labour available in Europe.
